Amit is a social entrepreneur driven by a deep-rooted passion to make a tangible difference in the world. He has an unwavering commitment to promoting excellence and fostering cross-sectoral collaboration among stakeholders in the social-financial arena.
After a distinguished 14-year army career, Amit embarked on a transformative career change. Guided by his heart and values, he transitioned to the dynamic and evolving social arena. In 2009, Amit founded Marom Group, a leading strategy consulting firm offering tailored and full-service philanthropic solutions. In 2011, he founded Marom Foundation to support social entrepreneurship worldwide as part of his charitable activities. Amit's influence extends beyond his ventures, as he also serves as a board member for various non-profits, furthering his commitment to the sector.
Amit is a lifelong learner driven by unyielding curiosity. He holds an MBA in Business Administration, specializing in Finance & Marketing. He is currently pursuing a law degree, further enhancing his knowledge and skill set.
Amit's personal life is as vibrant as his professional one. He is happily married to Yafit and is a proud father of Tsur, Oz, and Yahav. Amit is a triathlete and avid wine collector outside of work, among his other physical and intellectual pursuits.
Tamuz Zohar

Tamuz is a dedicated organizational consultant and sociologist with a profound passion for understanding the intricate interplay of power dynamics and inter-group relationships. She holds a B.A in Psychology and Humanities from Tel Aviv University and is currently on the verge of completing her Master's degree in Sociology and Organizational Development.
Before joining Marom Group, Tamuz traveled extensively through South-East Asia. During her travels, she actively engaged in capacity-building projects with a diverse array of nonprofit organizations, utilizing her expertise to support underserved communities. This invaluable experience broadened her perspective on global socio-cultural dynamics and fortified her dedication to fostering positive change.
Tamuz also brings with her a wealth of experience from the hospitality and culinary industries, where she has held notable managerial positions in renowned establishments in Tel Aviv. Her diverse background working with a range of organizations enhances her well-rounded perspective, enabling her to provide valuable insights to both clients and colleagues.
Tamuz is mother to Mila and wife to Roy. She resides in south Tel Aviv, where she enjoys community life among diverse populations and cultures.
