Welcome to the Mentorship Resource Center
of the Board Member Institute for Jewish Nonprofits (BMI)

The BMI provides academic learning and practical tools for board members of Jewish nonprofits, enabling them to have a rigorous, relevant learning experience with a cohort of like-minded individuals.

In addition to access to the faculty of Kellogg's Center for Nonprofit Management and practitioners in the Jewish nonprofit sector, each participant will have the opportunity to be strategically matched with a peer mentor according to the participants' self-assessed needs and interests.

The purpose of the Mentorship Resource Center is to provide the guidance, best practices, mentor-mentee relationship support and address possible issues that may arise during the period of your mentorship.
